Chalk Riot & CHS Art Program Team Up

Chelsea Ritter-Soronen of Chalk R!ot will be working in conjunction with Tyrone Sorrentino of the Calistoga High School Art Program with a 2-part chalk workshop, the culmination of which will become the Chalk Festival for ENGAGE Art Fair on Saturday, April 7th. Students will have the first opportunity to reserve a segment of pavement in front of the Tubbs Building at the Napa County Fairgrounds to chalk it up and create temporary masterpieces of their own. The Festival kicks off at high noon and will take place throughout the afternoon.


NEED NOT BE A CHS ART STUDENT TO PARTICIPATE. ALL AGES 13 & UP MAY RESERVE A PIECE OF PAVEMENT FOR THIS FESTIVAL OF CHALK


Chelsea will also be producing an interactive wall chalk & paint mural of her own on the front of the Tubbs Building at ENGAGE Art Fair through Saturday morning.

Local Q, a family run, and local to Calistoga, mobile BBQ And Catering Co.,will be offering hot food from 12pm-6pm Saturday and Sunday for ENGAGE Art Fair and the Chalk Festival.
