Parade Participant Registration Form 2024

As participants in Celebrate! Napa Valley's 4th of July activities, we, as individual(s) or as an organization, indemnify and hold harmless the State of California, County of Napa, Napa County Fair Association, its agents, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, suits, losses, damages, expenses due to our participation in the Napa County Fair Association's 4th of July activities. Further, our noted individual(s) or organization will defend the Napa County Fair Association and each of the above noted entities, and its agents, from all claims or bodily injury or property damage arising from their participation in the Napa County Fair Association's 4th of July activities. WE UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR OWN SAFETY AND ACTIONS.

By registering for this event, we agree to permit the Napa County Fair Association, Inc. to publish digital photos or videos on their website, promotional materials, and other event publications and/or public media.

By checking the box below, I, the individual named in the First Name and Last Name boxes on the application, sign that I have read this Agreement and fully understand and agree to all of its terms and that I have notified each individual in our participating group, organization, or family of their responsibilities.
